Terms of Service
LINQ is a student-focused marketplace where buyers, sellers, and dispatch partners interact inside one platform. By using the app, you agree to the marketplace rules below.
Accounts
Students are responsible for the accuracy of their business, dispatch, and public identity details. Username, store identity, and dispatch details must not impersonate others.
Escrow and delivery
LINQ may hold transaction funds in escrow until handover is confirmed, a verification code is completed, or a dispute process reaches a resolution. Marketplace operators may mediate but are not the manufacturer or physical carrier of goods.
Campus delivery
Dispatch access, phone details, and location details are shared on a need-to-know basis. Dispatch partners should only receive delivery instructions required to complete confirmed jobs.
Disputes
If a product, service, or delivery fails, LINQ can investigate, freeze relevant transaction records, and assist with mediation. Users must provide truthful evidence during any dispute review.
Marketplace conduct
Fraud, fake listings, harassment, prohibited goods, and account abuse can lead to removal, transaction cancellation, or account restriction.
