Privacy Policy
LINQ stores account and transaction data to operate the marketplace, protect users, and support trust-sensitive flows like disputes, delivery, and escrow.
What we store
We may store names, usernames, campus details, profile photos, business names, internal phone numbers, chat content, listings, dispatch requests, transaction history, and dispute records.
Where data lives
Marketplace account and transaction data are stored in the app database layer. Access should be limited to the operator and systems that need it to run the platform.
Need-to-know delivery access
Dispatch partners should only see the delivery details required for confirmed jobs. Sensitive buyer or seller details should not be exposed more broadly than necessary.
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies or browser storage to keep users signed in, remember app settings, and preserve critical marketplace state.
User control
Users can update their public profile, switch enabled marketplace profiles, and request support for disputes or account issues.
